Jocelyne is a fractional CFO bringing over 20 years of extensive experience in Venture Capital multi-stage business operations. She oversees the firms’ financial strategy and operations. Jocelyne was drawn to venture capital after working in an early-stage software company where she developed a passion for startups and innovation. Previously, Jocelyne served as Chief Financial Officer at DCVC, an early-stage venture capital firm, where she led financial operations and strategic initiatives. Earlier in her career, she held leadership positions at Venrock as Vice President of Finance/Controller and worked at PwC in the Venture Capital/Private Equity Tax Group. Jocelyne holds a B.A. in History from the University of California, Davis, and is a licensed CPA.

Outside of work, Jocelyne enjoys her Pilates classes, ceramics classes, hiking with her dog, and complicated knitting projects.
